227 g/ 1/2 lb fingerling potatoes
For the sauce:
2T//28g butter
1t/5g Chili Moromi Sauce
1T/ 8g mayonnaise
1 clove/5g crushed garlic
1egg yolk/ about 12g
3 g sliced chives (reserve a sprinkle for garnish)
Boil potatoes in salted water for 12 minutes
Directions:
While the potatoes cook. Make the sauce by whisking together the butter melted over med low heat (not bubbling, just melted), with the egg yolk, mayonnaise, garlic, chives, and chili Moromi sauce.
Strain the potatoes and pour the sauce over. Garnish with additional chives.
