This beautiful twice brewed soy sauce has been barrel aged for over two years resulting in deep umami flavor and richness. Twice brewed soy sauce is created by pressing our flagship shoyu moromi and then adding an additional batch of fresh organic soybean and wheat koji and then patiently allowing the fermentation to deepen over time before pressing and bottling.

Our Moromi Black Twice Brewed Soy Sauce pairs particularly well with sashimi, seared wagyu beef, grilled lamb, beef, pork, and as a dipping sauce for dumplings.
