Baked Miso Salmon

Coat two 200g salmon portions with a thin layer of @moromishoyu shiro miso. About 1 1/2 Tablespoon on each portion. Coat a baking dish with olive oil and place the miso coated salmon in the dish and cover. Refrigerate for a least a day to allow the miso to penetrate the salmon. 

When you’re ready to prepare dinner, remove the salmon from the refrigerator and allow it to warm to room temperature while you preheat the oven to 350°F. 
Bake the salmon uncovered on the middle rack of your oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with freshly cooked @koda_farms rice and sautéed asparagus drizzled with @moromishoyu .
