Miso Glazed Salmon

Serves 2-3 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp miso paste (I use white)

  • 1 Tbsp tamari (or soy sauce if not gluten-free)

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 500g salmon

Preparation:

Firstly, mix together the miso paste + tamari + maple syrup + olive oil together in a bowl
Coat both sides of the salmon fillets and place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to marinade
Air fry for 8 minutes at 205C or bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C

What is Tamari? It’s a gluten-free version of soy sauce
What if I am not gluten-free? Simply swap tamari for soy sauce
Can I use this miso glaze on other things? Absolutely, you could use it on other fish such as cod or even tofu
Can I swap maple syrup for honey? Yes
