Firstly, mix together the miso paste + tamari + maple syrup + olive oil together in a bowl
Coat both sides of the salmon fillets and place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to marinade
Air fry for 8 minutes at 205C or bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C

What if I am not gluten-free? Simply swap tamari for soy sauce
Can I use this miso glaze on other things? Absolutely, you could use it on other fish such as cod or even tofu
