Moromi Miso - mustard baked blackfish with cherry tomatoes and thyme
Serves Two
Ingredients:
1lb black fish or other flaky white fish like cod
1/2 C mayo
2tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp Moromi Shiro miso
1 tsp Moromi fermented cayenne hot sauce
2 C cherry tomatoes sliced thin
Salt and Pepper to taste
Extra Virgin Olive oil
1tbsp fresh thyme
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread over fish, thinly slice cherry tomatoes and cover fish. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and place on a baking sheet with parchment. Bake 15 minutes or until easily pierced with a skewer. Serve and enjoy.
