Moromi Miso - mustard baked blackfish with cherry tomatoes and thyme

Serves Two 

Ingredients:

  • 1lb black fish or other flaky white fish like cod

  • 1/2 C mayo

  • 2tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 tbsp Moromi Shiro miso

  • 1 tsp Moromi fermented cayenne hot sauce 

  • 2 C cherry tomatoes sliced thin 

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Extra Virgin Olive oil

  • 1tbsp fresh thyme

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and spread over fish, thinly slice cherry tomatoes and cover fish. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and place on a baking sheet with parchment. Bake 15 minutes or until easily pierced with a skewer. Serve and enjoy.
