Lemon, Garlic & Shoyu Wings

Ingredients:

1 dozen chicken wings

6 cloves of garlic

Zest of one lemon

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tsp fresh thyme chopped

6 medium cloves of garlic grated

1 tbsp Moromi fermented hot sauce (more if you like it spicier)

2 tbsp Moromi Shoyu

Salt to taste

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together and marinate wings for at least an hour or up to 3 hours.

Grill over medium heat until caramelized and cooked through turning every five minutes for about twenty minutes.
